Production for our exquisite jewelry gifts typically takes from 2 to 5 business days. We want to ensure that every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail before it reaches you.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days for USA domestic orders. For international orders, delivery may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For USA domestic orders, we use USPS, while Priority orders are shipped via FedEx. For Canada, Standard orders are handled by DHL (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won’t incur any additional fees. Canada Priority orders are shipped with FedEx. For Europe, the UK, and other international locations, we use either FedEx or DHL based on your specific location.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package right to your door, giving you peace of mind as you await your beautiful jewelry gift.
